Tata Cliq - Damage Product and Parts are missing

Being an Indian I have opted to buy IFB Microwave oven from an Indian company (TATA Cliq) and not others out there in the market. The experience was really disheartening as got the damaged product delivered on *th of July and the starter kit was missing from the package.
I have raised the return and refund request immediately from TATA Cliq Portal and later have shared the evidences over the mail and through watsapp also .
I am really disappointed with the services specially post raising the complaint for return..
I have ordered this product for my Sister on her marriage anniversary who lives in Meerut, I am being a Delhiite finding it really embarrassing in coordinating with her again and again for the pics and all of the damage product. I am literally fighting for the return that too for a damage product from TATA Clique.
Its been almost one week since I raised the return and refund request but not getting satisfactory response from anyone.
Executives from TATA Cliq do outcall but always disconnected the call in between the interaction and later I got the mail and msg from them saying that we tried contacting you but couldn't get through. This is really a harassment from the team and the company.
I am not going to recommend anyone in family and friend to buy anything from TATA Cliq.
