Trackon Couriers P Ltd - Damage Package

I booked my ceramic display from one of the store in delhi to New Delhi and when the consignment was received, iwas shocked as my complete display was broken. Fragile was mentioned in box but they either dont care about that and left the broken pack to us. Consignment number is [protected]. I called up every customer care number given in trackon courier website but no one is answering the call. This courier service is a scam and I would like to know what actually happened to my things....even i booked again from the same place again the pack was damage. I want to ftake a legal action against there irresponsible services.
