I have bought pepperfry furniture ,two peices in October ****, all the legs on the dining table and chairs did not have pushers only two for one chair was attached. Within * months cracks started appearing in between the wood grains and the hinges on the chairs started opening up. The second price which was a study table was only used sparingly as usage began only this July once college reopened, within two usages the table top fell off the hinges .on complaining several times to pepperfry company they sent sent one technician who had recieved a complaint for only one item even though two were written about in the email with invoice attached. He checked only one and left off and after two weeks and repeated emails one lady who was handling the case says she was I'll so couldn't answer and now they just put up their hands saying the manufacturer says it's a usage issue. I have furniture from other companies bought at the same time and none have any problem why only the pepperfry products.
This whole case was badly handled and the lady in charge of this case behaves like a company like pepperfry has only one person handling complaints .when she finally calls and I am explaining to her what the problem is she just cuts the line and sends an email saying can't help it's a usage problem and that's it... No second item complaint registered no sorry nothing .pathetic company pathetic customer service .noone should ever buy.
I just wanted the stuff fixed if not replaced. But looks like I was cheated.
