ANNUJ SACHDEVA filed complaint against Dafabet on Aug 28, 2025
made a withdrawal request of ₹***,*** from my Dafabet sports wallet on **-Aug-****. Dafabet claims that the withdrawal was successfully processed on **-Aug-**** and provided the following UTR number: GSCBK***********.
However, the funds have not been credited to my bank account. I contacted my bank and requested an official trace of the UTR. The bank has confirmed in writing that:
• No such UTR exists in their system OR
• No funds were received for credit to my account under this UTR.
This proves that Dafabet has either not processed the payment at all, or the transaction has failed and they have not taken responsibility to resolve it.
Despite multiple follow-ups, Dafabet support keeps repeating generic replies such as “please wait”, and even threatened me not to escalate externally or else my betting account would be closed. This is intimidation and amounts to deficiency of service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, ****.
