Dafabet dafa sports - Dafabet deposit amount not added

I am filing this complaint regarding the wrongful withholding of my deposit amount of INR **,***, paid on **/**/**** at **:** IST under Transaction ID: *********.

The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, yet the company has failed to credit it to my wallet/account even after multiple follow-ups. Despite repeated complaints, the customer support team has only provided vague and repetitive responses stating that the amount is “yet to be secured”, without any definite resolution timeline.

This unexplained delay in releasing my funds amounts to deficiency in service, negligence, and unfair trade practice, as the company is continuing to hold a substantial amount of my money without justification or a clear ETA.

Because of this unreasonable delay, I have suffered:

Severe mental stress and harassment

Continuous anxiety over the safety of my money

Financial inconvenience due to blockage of a large amount

Loss of opportunity to use my own funds for urgent personal needs

Repeated wastage of time in following up with customer support

I seek the following relief:

Immediate credit/refund of INR **,***

Compensation for mental harassment and inconvenience

Delay damages / interest for the number of days my funds were withheld

A written explanation identifying the exact reason for the delay

Assurance that such negligence will not be repeated

The company’s failure to resolve the matter despite repeated reminders has caused unnecessary hardship and reflects a lack of accountability in handling customer funds.

I request urgent intervention and appropriate compensation for the loss, harassment, and delay caused.
