Dafabet dafa sports - Dafabet closed account without consent and withhelddeposit

I am filing this complaint against Dafabet dafa sports for wrongful retention of my deposit amount of ₹**,*** and unauthorized closure of my account without my consent.

On ** April **** at **:** IST, an amount of ₹**,*** was successfully debited from my SBI bank account for deposit into my Dafabet wallet under Transaction ID: *********.

However, the amount was neither credited to my Dafabet wallet nor refunded back to my bank account despite repeated follow-ups with Dafabet customer support.

After several generic replies stating that the amount would be added “once confirmed,” Dafabet has now closed my account without my consent or authorization, while my deposited funds are still being retained by them.

Because of this unauthorized action:

- I have been denied access to my account
- I cannot verify my wallet balance or transaction history
- My ₹**,*** remains blocked
- No final refund timeline has been provided
- No valid explanation for account closure has been given

I have already raised a merchant dispute / chargeback with SBI, and the matter is also being escalated through consumer channels due to Dafabet’s failure to resolve the issue.

This conduct amounts to:

- Deficiency in service
- Unfair trade practice
- Unauthorized account closure
- Wrongful retention of customer funds
- Mental harassment and financial loss

I seek the following relief:

Dafabet’s conduct in closing my account before resolving the pending deposit issue is negligent, unfair, and has caused serious financial hardship.
