Airtel DTH - D2h Connection transfer request pending since 10 days

I have raised a request for Re-installation of my D*h connection as I have transferred my residence. I have raised a request on **th August **** and as per company policy. I am supposed to be getting the service within ** hrs. Still as on today no technician has visited. Every time on calling Customer care, I am reverted with a reply that my service call will be attended by end of the day.
