The seller falsely updated that they have installed cycle on **th Aug which is a lie. We are continuously calling and following up and also mailing them daily to flipkart customer care to raise our concern to get our cycle installed. Now it has been **days and we got no any help. Just we are continuously getting false statements and dragging dates that it will be done today, tomorrow etc. No resolution have been provided yet but we got only false statements from service desk even this issue is escalated but no proper action is been taken yet. We got mail & text msg notification that it will be resolved by **th Aug but nothing happened they extended date till **th Aug. Still i see no update till now on our incident created in their system- IN********************. We raised concern to flipkart grievance team also but they are also not at all helping.
Now they say it cant be refunded and returned as it has crossed return policy but i want to say they have only made such delay and made us to wait for long period of time saying lies and now they are telling us false policies. They are making people fool and doing frodgery.
I want to raise the unethical behaviour of customer service person we faced from ** days while following up for above issue:
*. On saturday, we were continously following up on this by requesting call from Flipkart app, they used to give us missed call instead of giving us full call to discuss on it.
*. We wanted to escalate the issue so asked them to forward to senior person/ backend team they used to cut or put call on hold for long time simply which never got connected to anyone.
*. After requesting call from Flipkart app, they will simply call and tell nothing but they were able to hear us clearly and we were able to hear their background noise presence. Eg- Nikita, neha
*. We raised more than * or * issues in flipkart app, with no resolution only its been marked as resolved. I mean seriously!!??
*. Hemanti from grievance team called us on **th Aug and said it will be resolved by **th else we will provide u permanent resolution but she also lied to us and now nobody from grievance team is replying.
We are struggling and crying now for this small thing which is cycle installation. Please provide help/ resolution immediately for the sufferings since long time.
If flipkart cannot arrance cycle installation then refund us the installation charge we paid of Rs. *** we will arrange by ourselve else return the product , take it back and give us refund of Rs.**** (cycle charge)+***(installation charge). We cant daily call and follow up for it for whole month or year, regardless of which we are getting unethical behavior from some customer service person.
