When I opened my account today it showing customer verification failed and you can’t access the account…I contacted cc regarding this but they are saying that u can’t use this app now from ur contact no..I asked will I get the refunds which are pending…so they disconnect my call…so refunds are pending of more than ₹****…and a customers return is also pending what to do I don’t understand
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)

I have returned my item on ** October to pickup person shared the OTP also before returning which i received but I still didn't get any refund yet. Also in the portal the status is still showing as return initiated
