Raginee Rakshit filed complaint against Urbanic on Aug 28, 2021
Placed order from Urbanic App on **th of August and received it today that is **th of August. I was dissappoint with the product quality so I wanted to request return but due some technical reasons the app didn't show the product on my orders list so I wasn't able to request return. I tried to reach out to the customer service all day for help but there is no response from their side.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
