Make my trip had organised my trip for rajasthan, they had booked a hotel in udaipur called as udai niwas, they did not inform me that the cab does not go till the hotel, it's their right to inform the customers.
Worst was that the customer support executive name Rekha was rude and obnoxious and said we cannot help as we are on ground team....very sad and unprofessional behaviour
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
