Mednear - Customer service person s offensive mail to customer

One of my order got cancelled by mednear when I raised tickets about my refund , response was unprofessional. The mail which I received was offensive, mentioning ' have a common sense', ' customer like you think they are smart', ' yes that is very surprising fact that going to be doctor soon even you cant able to understand refund policy'. I asked him for apology mail , he refused by telling he can't , then I recieved a call from his manager n the manager had apologized, I asked the manager that I need apology from concerned person but he neglected. I got offended when he had taken my profession to defame me. Being a medical college student, it's not necessary to know about online transaction things, I'm following my professional ethics n knowledge pertaining to my profession. Customer care service person had not explained me anything in detail about refund policy , but defamed my profession ( as mentioned above). This had caused me mental trauma. I request you to take necessary action against him.
