I am getting error *** signal lost message.i complained about that on customer care on *.**.****.It was told me that the techinician will arrive in ** to ** hours and fix the problem.I waited for the said period but no one arrived.I called customer care again on **.**.**** it was told me again that the techinician will arrive on **.**.****.But no techincian appeared even that day.I called again in the evening of **.**.**** to customer care.But again to befool me i got a very irresponsible answer that all technician are busy so no one could visit and i should turn off my set top box and turn it on after ** mins to recieve the signal.I did the same but all in vain.I mailed them the entire isaue and their response on that but got no reply from their side.Now i feel like cheated and it seems me that i did a blunder taking independent tv connection.They are breaching the trust of taking full payment but giving such a worst service.How can i trust them for full long year when it only passed * months using independent tv and i am getting such an irresponsible customer service.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
