AMIT PANDEY filed complaint against Make My Trip on Jan 7, 2018
I had booked MMT cab for *th jan. It was supposed to pick myfamily from LTT station Mumbai at *:** am. As the train get delayed I called MMT customer care to reschedule the trip for * am. and informed the same thing to the driver. I got a call from +************ at * am and customer service guy told me tat he weill contact thevendor and let me know the status by * am. i did not recieve any call after that. i called your custer care (***********) again at *:** am and they said that you will get cal from sevice guy in *-*** min. i got next call at *:** am from Ms. Simran. She told me that your booking is cancelled and you will not get any refund.
i would like to tell you that my family was waiting at the station and i did not get any sort of communication regarding cancellation and refund on phone or email. This is completely unprofessional. I want my money to be refunded at the earliest.
Without even completing the trip or even informing the customer how can they cut the complete money?
