I recently initiated a return request for a gown I purchased from the app. The piece I received was of different color than the one shown in photos. The guy who came to collect the product said that he cannot approve the request as the product does not match with the one shown in the app. He said to contact the customer support for further help. I have been trying the "call me back" feature for the last * days but I have not received any callback from Meesho team.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
