I paid around rs.*** for two back cover for myself and waited around * days but no notification was received regarding the process of my order so I raised a query on the case factory customer care email that too * days ago but there is no reply till now. I want to cancell my order now but there is no option in the website portal.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
