Hirak Joya filed complaint against Shadow Fax on Jul 24, 2022
The delivery agent was in a hurry to take the OTP and inspite of getting the OTP from Customer within a minute he abused the Customer in local language, this matter also needs to be reported to local police station, as such delivery agents are not at all safe for the Customers.
There was another Apollo agent who came for medicine delivery who noticed this entire incident and also suggested the Customer to raise a complaint.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
