Enzo Macovela filed complaint against Culture circle on May 2, 2026
I, Enzo Macovela, a foreign national and international student currently residing in India, placed an order on Culture Circle's website (culture-circle.com) on **/**/**** and paid ₹**,*** via UPI (Transaction ID: T**********************). The company delivered a wrong product. I raised a complaint and cooperated with their reverse pickup process, after which the incorrect item was collected from my address on **/**/****.
Despite the successful return pickup, Culture Circle has neither delivered the correct product nor refunded my payment. The company has stopped responding to all my follow-up messages and emails completely.
I, as an international student in India, have been cheated of ₹**,*** and request Voxya to urgently intervene and help me get either the correct product delivered or a full refund at the earliest.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
