Crocs - Crocs footwear manufacturing defect

Purchased crocs sandals from www.crocs.in (order no. *********). After using the footwear for a week realised that left sandal is smaller is smaller than right sandal for the same size. Left one is *cm in width and right one is *.* cm in width. On invoking warranty within ** days of purchase, crocs declined replacement stating that this is not covered under manufacturing defect and hence replacement cannot be done. Have reached out to customer support multiple times but in vain! Never thought branded premium global brand would have quality issue and moreover it denies acceptance of my complaint.
