Goibibo airlines Indigo Airlines - Credit shell not working

Due the to the scenario of covid ** pandemic my flight has neen cancelled by the airlines. So that's why I can get the credit shell for my booking while iam going to my booking page the the flight details not been shown in goibibo. My booking id is N*EDWD*TX. I was trying to contact goibibo but their number can't connect am totally depressed. Please do the needfull
