I have SBI card which is auto debit from the time received but SBI forgot to deduct the amount on the due date and send me SMS that they have received my payment. When I call them and tell them that my amount is not deducted from my saving account they say that they have received my payment after that they charge a late fee which effects my credit score and this mistake is not of one time this happens a *rd time. It has a huge impact on my credit score. When I show these SMS to SBI team they said this will not repeat in future we are sorry for the inconvenience but this repeat again and again.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
