Zest Money - credit score and online updation fialier and wrong information

I normally purchase Products from Amazon and Flipkart for personal and professional usages. For that we uses some companies whom give “*” Interest Loan for these type of purchase. I am using ZESTMOENY, a Bangalore based Financial institution and I am using their services last one and half years. Since my payments are prompt and they Offred higher consumer purchase loan, and I never failed to pay their dues. And all payments done well in advance, before dues.
ZEST MONEY DONE OUR VERIFICATION AND THEY CHECKED MY CREDIBILITY THERE AFTER THEY STARTED GIVING THESE TYPE OF LOANS TO ME., WE PAY TO THEM ONLINE – FUND TRANSFER – INTERNET BANKING OR UPI.
ALL PAYMENT WE DONE ONTIME AND THEY APPRICIATED IT, WE DO NOT KNOW THEY ARE PAYING TO THE AMOUNT TO THEIR FINANCIAL PARTENER ONTIME. UNFORTUNALTY, I NOTICED, THEIR FINANCIAL PARTNERS - InCred Financial Services Limited, Visu Leasing and Finance Pvt Ltd (Now they are merged with Incred Financial Services Limited) reported to all credit agencies that I have accounts with them, and it is active. All the information they given in CIBIL or Experian are wrong. We paid all dues well in advance to ZEST MONEY and it showing * accounts are still open. I am attaching CIBIL and zestmoney loan details for your kind knowledge.
I done a purchase from Flipkart with a special offer zero percentage loan - Flipkart "Avita Pura Ryzen * Quad Core ****U - (* GB/*** GB SSD/Windows ** Home in S Mode) NS**A*INV***-SHGYB" Laptop with special rate and "*" interest with Zest money support
the details as per zest money - **P**A**U*** ** Oct, **** Loan Disbursed Rs. Rs. * Rs. **,***.
It was for six months and I have to pay in * installments. But, I paid back in single installment well before * days from First installment on *st Dec **** from My Company Current account and I got payment received SMS from ZESSTMONEY and along with email confirmation for the same.
But I noticed Visu Leasing and Finance Pvt Ltd (Now they are merged with Incred Financial Services Limited) reported whom partnering with ZESTMONEY reported overdue in Feb **** and I reported the information via CIBIL, but they not responded. I send many emails to ZESTMONEY AND INCRED, BUT THEY NOT GIVEN ANY ANSWER AND STILL CREDIT REPORTS CARRYING MY OVER DUE STATUS AND MY CREDIT SCORE COME DOWN FAST. I REPORTED TO CIBIL MANY TIME WITH ALL PROOF OF PAYMENT, BUT THEY ALSO NOT UPDATING WRONG INFORMATION.
With repeated emails, some type of reply I got and the email from ZEST TELLING

We not got any proper answer to address our issue, and they not took any action to remove false information, which one decresed my CIBI AND OTHER CREDIT SCORE.
It was hard earned status and since I am doing business, credit report score is just like oxygen and cannot leave without good score. Even in COVID ** DAYS, I AM NOT OPTED MOROTORIAM AND PAID ALL LOANS ONTIME AND TYING MY BEST.
ZEST MONEY AND INCRED DONE MISTAKE, ONE IS GIVEN FALSE INFORMATION TO CIBIL AND NOT GIVING A PROPER ASNWER TO MY ISSUE, THEY BOTH BLAMING EACH OTHER AND I BECOME A VISTIOM. I SEND MORE THEN *** EMAILS AND STILL THE CIBIL AND OTHER CREDIT SCORE DECREASING. OUT OF **/** ACCOUNTS I CLOSSED BUT, THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT OF *** REPROTED MADE IT **/** AND REDUCING MY CIBIL AND CREDIT SCORES. THEY ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING TO RECTIFY. AND CIBIL ALSO NOT ACCEPTING TO DO SO.
I SUBMITTED ALL DOCS FOR ONTIME PAYMENT. BUT ZEST MONEY OR INCRED NOT CHANGED THE CREDIT SCORE OR NOT READY TO GIVE NOC.
IN THIS SITUTION, I HMPLY REQUAT YOU TO HELP ME TO COME OUT THE STRESS AND I AM NOT WELL. MY HEALTH STARETED REACTING TO THE STRESS
I NEED A SUPPORT TO SOLVE THE ISSUE. I AM SENDIGN SOME COMMUNICAITON DETAILS WHAT I SEND TO BOTH OF THE COMPANEIS, WHOM NOT READY TO GIVE PROPER ANSWER.

if they have to settle the account, with you plz inform us and to them too. We are ready to pay *** which you reported to Cibil and experian as outstanding. we never failed to pay to any one but, your reporting made us into pain.
kindly remove the wrong information from these credit agencies. i am communicating with all but no result till date. I am attaching ZEST MONEY STATEMENT, experian report, cibil report. It is a hard earned score that now becomes negative, where we have not made any mistakes.
I am ready to pay, Rs.*** you Rs.*** outstanding. but it is never or not having to be paid by me. but it reflects for long.. so kindly remove the false information. and close the account forever. i decided not to use ZEST MONEY SERVICES OR ANY UNKNOWN COMPANIES, which one report to CIBIL OR EXPERIAN when an enquiry or loan account started but never closs it. in Experian many of your accounts show open. humble request plz close it. We settled everything on time. need your attention and support.

answer from them is automated reply only. No propor reply got. In internet I found many similar victioms are there, suffering these type of reporting. Plz give a answer to these people and pur penalty for cheating.
