I returned a cloth for which refund came into my myntra credit which i was not able to use due to covid ** amd exams since nothing was allowed. I decided to shop today. Where it came to my notice that the amt has been expired which was not justfying since covid was going on. I tried to register complaint but they just replied that it cannot be done and themnthere was not even the option where i can reply since they just closed the case. I tried calling them but they said "due to covid" it cannot be answered since staff have been reduced. It didn't felt justfied. Credit amount was not free money. It was refunded money. How can they just expire it wuthout even considering covid and other factors this year.
