Simplilearn - credit card refund not done and liquiloans EMI cancellation not done

Dear madam/Sir,
Due to the project work i thought of doing courses on azure for more experience and as part of that i registered in simplilearn with the guidance of the counselor(tho***).During the discussion, i already told to counselor as i can opt the course if the payment is in emi option. As per their guidance i did purchase a Cloud solution architect master's program through portal with shopse EMI option through credit card. But later i realised after credit card bill generation as the entire amount got generated in statement . When i approached Simplilearn team they tried to help me since it is a glitch from their end and i trusted but seems their process is different and it was not informed in the counseling.I registered on March **th **** and i called them on **th March **** as soon as bill generated with the panic and my finance condition is not good to pay whole amount as in statement. Since its portal issue Initially i was told to raise complaints for ShopSE as it is a partner, i did but no response i got from them.Then keep doing follow up to refund the amount since the bill due date is **th April **** , later i can resubscribe it with EMI option i thought. On *st of April **** i got a call from finance team , one of their Simplilearn finance team The****** called me to talk about refund and emi option. He convinced to opt EMI option as a replacement for credit card refund which was the first transaction. But i was not told about liquiloans agreement, process, conditions, additonal charges and cancellation policies. Liquiloans registration done by finance team by taking proofs as adhar, pan and bank statements . From that moment, every now and then i keep calling them to know the status of the refund request for credit card amount since the due date is **th April ****, every time i was told as not to worry but no refund amount i got till now and the due date crossed. I was doing followup for a long time but i got refund raised request on **th APril **** from simplilearn. Though i contacted on **th March, still the process is not done.
Again, i felt the issues with the team and their rude behavior when i asked them seriously. After mental pressure with their replies finally decided to drop off the courses from simplilearn for which i registered. Though i have purchased the Azure solution architect master program i have not started any live classes because recently i came across many complaints regarding the quality of the courses and it was the worst feedback from students. everyone suffered from the poor training. I decided to drop off completely and i reached out to their manager Ni***. The Counselor said, they refund the credit card amount but the liquiloans they are not ready cancel even though i am not ready to take their courses. I asked cancellation policies and refund polocies no one is ready to answer. Mentally presurised a lot as it is not small amount for me. And after crossing due date i needed to pay penalty as an addtional amount and somehow i adjusted it but i did not get the refund amount still. After all these issues, i again requested to cancel my complete subscription with Liquiloans EMI course as well since i have not started any courses but the counselor behaving rudely when i asked about it as i am not satisfied their process and services and many complaints on the training itself. No one responded. I tried keep calling and keep following up them still no response for liquiloans cancellation. On behalf of customers they do register in liquiloans by taking the proofs from customer such as bank statement pan and adhar card. But there is no option to cancel even if customer is not ready to take any courses and no cancellation policies told to customer. Since i have not started any live courses i need the refund for my credit card and complete subscription cancellation from liquiloans, so that auto debit option stopped from my bank account since May *th ****. And i contacted liquiloans to cancell it from their end they need the approval from the simplilearn. And one more thing i observed there is ** months emi option but their EMI start date and end dates are diffrent like more than a year. Now the total amount if i include the liquiloans also it would be doubled. Kindly help me to get refund of credit card amount and cancellation of liquiloans which the emi start date as *th May ****. Before if you could help me to get the refund, it's really helpful. Thank you
