Hdfc bank - CREDIT CARD FAKE PROMISE

Dear sir,
I took settlement for my hdfc credit card , it was **k , i paid **k till **/**/****, and The exe from Hdfc promised me to pay **k later, in a mean while hdfc bank cancelled my Settlement offer, and after that till now i paid around ** k to them, and now they r asking me to pay ** k,
I paid for my credit card Till now nearly * lakh, but my limit was one lakh, but still they are asking me to take the settlement for **k, i dono whom to contact, where to solve,
I tried many ways through banker but no response, even they were so lazy to answer me,
Kindly help me to solve the issue,
Coz of the issue they blocked my gold loan, they are not ready to close it even i had a cash with me, for closure.
Very bad behaviour from hdfc bank,
Pls help me,,,,,
