Hdfc Bank - Credit card EMI ption

Hi, Myself Vani E, am holding hdfc Credit card, I had purchased mobile of ***** rupees on April **** by using credit card,i have been asking for EMI option since April **** but they have been telling that we will provide this month next month.However, they haven't provided yet, HDFC being a prominent and prestigious bank, I was shocked that a customer, who is honestly and earnestly trying to pay her bills on time, is being treated like a ping pong ball. I have been paying only interest **** rupees every month,few months they made me to pay **** rupees interest ,this crisis used to weigh on me so heavily that every morning, in between work, I have been writing mail and calling customer care virtually begging for my EMI option but there was never a reply to my mails. Each day I would sleep with a worried and heavy heart. I wasn't willing to hold credit card but they only called and forced me to hold credit card and I was told that I can purchase anything and I can convert into EMI, that is why I had purchased else I wouldn't have purchased,right now i do not have a job even so it's difficult to pay interest of **** Rupees each month, for a **k phone i had already paid ***** Rupees interest ,still that principal amount is yet to be paid according to bank.How fair is it ! Intentionally they are not providing EMI option so they can keep collecting interest. Its a fraud.I can't pay anymore,they ruined my peace,time and life. kindly help me to get rid of this as soon as possible, Any help in this regards would be highly appreciable.
