I sent my credit card closure request via mail to Sbi credit card customer care dated **/**/****. Since that day onwards I have sent several mails to them several message exchanges in Messaenger social site. But, they haven't gave my NOC till day. Recently, I received call, that my credit card has closed & I will get NOC soon. That is also more than ** days back. But post that , I again communicated via sending mail to Customer care , customerservicehead , nodal officer & CEO id...but no solution till day.
More interestingly since last * / * days, I am receiving NOC mail where my personal details like name, address has mentioned , but credit card number is different. They are plotting something which may cause my financial loss, & also may cause a bad cibil evaluation.
Seeking your help to stop such nuisances by SBI Card team...
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
