STANDARD CHATERED BANK INDIA - CREDIT CARD CLOSURE DELAY

I gave a request for credit card closure on November **th **** but the card dint close. Later after following up from July, bank closed it on August ****. I raised a compensation request as per RBI for Rs ***/ day but the bank has been turning me down since then. They say the card is inactive but I am not arguing to close the card. I am arguing for the delay in card closure and compensation as per the RBI policies. Now i want to fight for my rightful compensation and expect Rs ***/ day untill the amount is received and Rs **,*** for causing so much of distress.
