Hi I have been charged for annual membership about **k in this pain situation of covid**. At *st I have tried to contact in customer care they said they have raised the reversal but after ** days not money has been credited . I have complained in RBI ombudsman but no fate . Just yesterday I have received mail they cannt reverse the charge because within *** days I haven't spent enough money, but how can't you spend in this lockdown? They are just looting money , please so something
