many guy with many new numbers keep calling me on behalf of Hdfc bank. I took credit card, on call they asked me to payback settlement charge of ****** and i paid this into hdfc bank and tried to contact but none of them replied . then they stopped calling me. now for last many months they again calling me and saying my amount was not settled , need to pay this amount again because last time they couldn’t close account. I have all proper documents of hdfc settlement and my bank details. kindly help me , this is huge amount for me. They are harassing over phone calls etc. I talked to Hdfc lawyer, they accepted their fault of not closing but still saying i need to pay them back. please help me sir/maam, these type of conning is going all over india by banks.
