Mamidala mounika filed complaint against Cred App on May 14, 2022
Due to a fraud link from my inbox a transaction of Rs. ****** with cred ref no IGANKJLAE* debited.from several mails they replied the amount credited to icici credit card ending **** .but in that card no such type of ****** transaction from **.**.**** .as iam asking this there is no proper reply from Cred dept even for cybercell also.
Kindly refund my money if put on hold otherwise inform me in which account that amount credited immediately.
If late continue how can we arrest fraud
