CRED Dreamplug Technologies Private Limited - Cred Customer Care Credit Card Fraud

I am using CRED App for a very long time to manage and pay my credit card bills. I am in contact with CRED for the last * months for one of the account-related issues. I got a call on ** September from ********** with the name of Sumit from CRED customer service. He pretended to help me to resolve my pending issue with CRED. I assume he might have my details as he was aware of my issue with CRED. He asked to enter AXIS Bank credit card number into the CRED app with Expiry and CVV number. He also insisted me to enter OTP in the CRED app to verify your update. I didnt provide my details on call. However, I entered them in CRED App so I also assume that another person has access to my CRED APP details as well. After entering details i came to know that total of * transactions happened on my AXIS Bank credit card Details given above. I realized that fraud has happened to me and I immediately blocked my Axis Bank credit card and informed AXIS bank customer service by calling their customer service number. I also informed to CRED via email as i could not find their customer service number anywhere. After few minutes I got a call from CRED and I shared all the details of the fraud incidence. They blocked my account to investigate it further from their side. After that, i also informed and shared details of fraud to Ahmedabad Cyber cell. They gave me ticket no of CCIRU****** ******. I am using this platform to complain as i could not provide complete details to the cyber cell.

Now after complain AXIS bank is not in mood to look at my case as it is not their fault. I tried reaching CRED without any luck as my information was compromised by CRED. They do not have any answer nor they are willing to help.
