Travel Triangle - Covid Booking Cancelled and refund not issued

I have booked holiday package to Mauritius from New Delhi through Travel Triangle for the dates ** April to * May ****. I have paid the entire amount of *, **, *** in advance on Feb ****. Due to Covid pandemic my tour was cancelled. After cancellation the tour operator gave me credit note with validity ** March **** without my consent. Now the credit note period is over since long. I mailed travel triangle many times for refunding my money. It has been over one and half year, my money is stuck with Travel triangle. Whenever I mail, first they dont reply, even if they reply they say they will revert but they dont. I dont even know the status of my money.
