Hi.
I (Jacinta pais) was scheduled to travel from Mangalore to Mumbai by flight *E*** on **rd may @ **.** HRS by indigo airlines.
At the Mangalore airport , husband and me were not allowed to board the flight as we did not have the proper RTPCR report as said by the airlines. Whereas its not the truth.
Since I booked the ticket through MMT, I read their guidelines regards to COVId ** and followed the same. But to my surprise, INDIGO doesn't follow the same guidelines , because of which I along with my husband (SUNIL KISHORE PAIS) was harassed at the airport and denied the entry. (Loss of time, energy, patience) Also they played a blame game saying MMT are issuing guidelines from different source, so if MMT and Indigo rules doesn't sync up with the COVID ** guidelines, why is the partnership still on ? why the passengers are been harassed ? Who is responsible for this mess ?
Instead of providing solution I was advised to rebook the ticket with an additional cost for the next day, which was not acceptable at all. When being asked Indigo never shared any guidelines with us nor did we receive any call or message regarding to the new so called protocol.
To my surprise even the VACCINATION CERTIFICATE IS NOT ACCEPTED by the airlines, so are we citizens fool to take the vaccination on time???
NOR ANTIGEN TEST is accepted.
NEED EXPLANATION ON THIS at the earliest.
