I'm getting cable connection through local DEN operator. Monthly subscription charge is being transferred to the operator for renewal of subscription. Irrespective of whether the transfer of money is carried out in time or not, subscription expires after ** days. Also, no intimation on expiry of subscription is being made from the operator side. Telephonic attention is also poor (even when there is problem in the cable service)
