Bharti airtel - Coverage issue and Call drop on Airtel network

Dear Sir,
I Can,t able to Voice call indoor and outdoor any network from my home location , (H.no *** Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar Jalandhar PIN ******) Punjab ,India
Even, Airtel operator commited to provide *G service in my area but speed received is less than *G
Network coverage is poor in indoor and outdoor both
I facing mute and call interface issue too
Team , Pls look into serious way..My Last Service request no update received yet.
