I purchased a product on */**/**** -Name - Mobile Network Booster complete package of warranty description * year replacement warranty & ** Days period(New with Tag) from the listed product which was available on Coutloot by coutloot"s own Authorized seller on their platform ,The price of listing was **** but I completed the order by paying Rs **** including shipping charges for coutloot for Coutloot"s own delivery channel shipping of Rs ** and tax Rs ** and I discounted **% by applying voucher code on checkout page which near about *** and final value Rs ****.I paid on Amazon pay platform via linked credit card visa ending with **** containing Amazon pay Id - P**-*******-******* ,P**-*******-******* / Amazon forwarded payment confirmation to coutloot
and order successfully placed on coutloot order ID - ******* on */*/**** and estimated last delivery date was **/**/**** , next day coutloot agent called me and verified my Order Delivery name and address and they also added house no with talking with me and they also assured that coutloot will deliver it to me by it's own shipping channel as early as possible and also told me when coutloot will show tracking No with live tracking function on App when coutloot will process order ,will pick up from it's own authorized seller ,will verify, will despatch ,will ship ,transport ,and upto delivery to order specified proper consumer.But After that No changes or movement was not happened on order ,Coutloot app live tracking -No movement and Did not provided any tracking No or order related imformation .Total was as was primary stage.For this I lodged a support Ticket No .#***** on */**/**** and I told to cancel the un-processed order and Refund my money to origin.When I tried to call on their support No ,I can not able to connect, After that No response received on support till a long time.I continously tried but no result, on **/**/**** ,By calling to amazon ,I requested to raise a chargeback complaint to stop the payment and reverse my money ,Amazon executive told me a complaint no ********** and assured me that I will get my money to origin maximum within * days ,but later they also did nothing and giving false excuse and doing drama and they are blaming on coutloot ,Later I received a response from coutloot that coutloot delivered my order which was totally false and fake and scripted on their data base ,I told them My answer "No" for this order Id and also told them how it is possible ? Because coutloot did nothing for the order id, Where was your tracking no ,live tracking status on App And there is nothing change or movement & I do not receive any information on my register email. I also told coutloot to provide me the tracking no with proof of delivery and coutloot invoice and coutloot&carrier both jointly letter headed shipping bill/shipping label with order specified consumer name and order specified consumer address with written order specified coutloot order Id and with order specified product name and order specified product purchase value price with detail traking report showing delivery on **/**/**** .But Coutloot failed to provide and denied that and by this way on **th may,**** ,I was a victim of scam & fraud by coutloot and amazon both ,I saw that in my coutloot app order status showing delivered successfully on **th may ****,No Tracking ,no details ,no document of buyer requests ,order placed on */*/**** and straight forward updated information delivered on **/**/**** ,nothing in middle ,in middle pickup schedule ,shipped option is blank white. I was harassed by coutloot and amazon too much and I am feeling mental agony & pain ,also wasted my time and I am suffering as victim of scam fraud ,My money is in deep trouble ,almost ** days gone ,but Not get my refund till now ,
So , I am requesting to coutloot team and it"s parent company and other participant if any in this activity to stop their fraud activity and please Refund my money to my origin as early as possible without harassing me further.
I will hope Opposite parties will rectify their behaviour and will give me my refund to origin without further delay.
