I applied to for the course cancellation on ** November call for confirmation on ** December **** and ** December **** they told me that your cancellation has been approved but now it's over than a month but still my course has not been cancelled and now they are forcing me to pay EMI of this month they are telling otherwise if I not pay I will receive legal notice or fine I am continuously calling to the helpline number they are telling that we have raised your complain but it is still not cancelled they everyday told me that you will receive a call in ** hours but no call I received again and again I am calling and they are saying same thing again and again that you will receive a call in ** hours but this no call came and my course is not cancelled
