Skill lync - Course cancellation not accepting

Skill lync have forcefully selled their Course to me by telling their job placement and now they are telling they will assist and they didn't even give me * day time to think about the course and made me pay the booking amount and loan process. And i asked about the cancellation initially but they didn't answered me properly uptill loan process. And as soon as loan processed they started telling that course in not cancellable. This is wrong policy of skill lync for not providing cancellation. Means weather you able or not able to understand you have to learn from them.
Please help me out for cancellation of my course and get my refund.
