Skill Lync and Eduvanz - Course cancellation and loan closure

Hello, My complaint is about course cancellation and loan closure.
I am Goutham Tadali from Andhra Pradesh. I got a call from skill lync and they convinced me to start the course. They said this is a job guarantee course. I'm currently working also. I told them that I'll join later. They said to make a slot booking with registration of **** on November **th, ****. Remaining ****, they paid from their side. I did that and told them that I'll start the course later as I'm working currently. They said okay you can do that and started my registration. For course registration, he asked my personal documents aadhaar, pan, passbook, photo. On that day, the loan has been disbursed from Eduvanz.
But in december they told me to pay the installment of that month as my slot started earlier. Once again I asked them, Can't this wait, In my free time I'll start that and from then I'll pay. They said but the loan has been disbursed and the course has started, so do these in your free time. They convinced me by saying its job guarantee with higher CTCs.
Even if you're working, they said they'll help in getting higher position in my company. They said that the fee paid earlier will be the December month installment. So, I started the course. I'm unable to complete the courses with no free time and asked them again, I'll discontinue now and start again later. They said after * months, I'll get an internship, so try to complete atleast * courses. After internship, they said I'll get a job. Till now, I paid * installments.
I asked them again I'm unable to complete and want to discontinue. You have the loan amount from Eduvanz right, Please pay with that to Eduvanz. They said its not possible to do that, only I have to pay it. I asked them to connect me with higher authority.
They said its not possible to do that. They told me to read the terms and conditions that its not possible to cancel and refund. They didn't tell these before and I'm not even asking for refund. I told them I don't need refund of my installments, please just cancel the course. They said again its not possible and made all promises like its job guarantee with higher CTC and all. Now for this month, March **** I still haven't paid. There are many mistakes in course also. I have to raise an issue each time. Please kindly help me.
Now I want to cancel the course and closing of loan from Eduvanz. I want you to resolve this issue.
