Simplilearn - Course cancellation and EMI cancellation

I have enrolled for a course on **th November but the actual course was given on *th December in between I tried reaching them multiple times but they didn't respond to my calls. Later I understood that I called in a trap of simplilearn with the EMI.they just shared the propelled link and activated Auto debit option in my bank and to my surprise i am not aware of it. I didn't attend atleast one class but my amount got debited. I raised many complaints in support team of simplilearn but they are telling they cannot cancel it once enrolled. What kind of institution is this. Now I decided not to the EMIfurther and ready to face any legal action what should I do if i want this to be completed in a smooth manner
