I received the damaged products, and It's almost seven days since I have been struggling to return them. It's lying in my car and leaking every day. I have called them thrice time and ask. them to initiate the refund and figure out how to take these leaked and damaged products?
The courier vendor refused to pick up the product twice as their side status was not approved. Why should customers face this problem for you guys not maintaining your application or syncing correctly?
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
