I sent my headphones for a warranty replacement from Indore to Mumbai on **th of September. Today is **th and they have still not delivered it. The headphones were of Rs*** value and the courier charges were Rs**. Either get my courier delivered or provide me a complete refund. This is fraud and as a consumer, I am putting all options on the table including legal action. I will file a class action lawsuit if this is not resolved in a timely manner.
