I BOOKED ST COURIER AGENT A MEDICAL PARCEL HE GIVEN ME FRANCH EXPRESS RECEIPT AND TOLD WRONG MESSAGE BOTH COMPANY MERGED.I ASKED HIM CONFIRM THE DESTINATION PLACE HAVE SERVICE .HE CHECKED AND CONFIRMED. I PAID THE MONEY.UNTIL NOW PARCEL NOT REACHED EITHERSIDE.I ASKED THE AGENT,HE GIVEN SO MANY PHONE NOS NOBODY RESPOND.ALL MY TRAVEL TO AGENT ONLY WASTE OF TIME AND MENTAL STRESS.PLEASE FIND ME SOLUTION.
