Kalpakkam branch office didn't response the customers. All the times they didn't deliver the parcel they asked come to the office and receive your parcel. My home is far away from franch express office. I request Plz delivered my parcel in my hometown he didn't do it. Plz advise your staffs to response the customers queries.
