The booked the parcel from the Professional Couriers on **/***** from Kalpakkam (Chennai) to Kalyan (Maharashtra). But the bag was dispatched on **/*/**** and reached Mumbai -Kurla on **/*/**** since then it was in the same location and when I have reached out to the courier office from where it dispatched the lady who spoke to me was very rude saying do you expect the parcel to reach in a day or two but it was already *-* days and she disconnected the call, post which I have reached out to the office Kurla where the parcel was held for long time and the same case here the lady was very rude saying that they have thousands of parcel. And she never picked up my call and just dropped a message saying that it will be delivered tomorrow. And it was delivered on **/**/*** but the items in the product where completely damaged and rotten giving a bad smell.
