Kaaviya filed complaint against Flipkart on Aug 23, 2019
My Flipkart account has been frozen for a days. I purchased many things from Flipkart mostly for me and some for my relatives, friends and colleagues. I am not able to log in into my account as my account is frozen and not able contact flipkart support anyhow. Emailed cs@flipkart.com got reply as email id is not in use.I have a Cardless Credit bill due in Flipkart which I have to pay before the **th of sept **** So if I fail to log in into my account within due date then I will not be able to pay the cardless credit bill and for which I will not be responsible because my account has been frozen by Flipkart. It may also badly affect on my credit score.
So kindly fix the issue as soon as possible and enable me to log in into my account to make the payment of Cardless Credit bill soon.
