I placed an order with Cosmos Layers on ** May **** under Order ID CL***** and paid ₹***.**. The order was marked as shipped on ** May **** with Ekart tracking number SPYP**********. However, despite the passage of several days/weeks, the order has not been delivered. The shipment status remains unchanged and I have not received my products. I request Cosmos Layers to either deliver my order immediately or provide a full refund of ₹***.**. This delay has caused inconvenience and reflects poor customer service.
