When I wanted to have eSIM for my new phone, the representative of Airtel’s store asked me to convert my prepaid number to postpaid then only I would be able to activate eSIM. Later I came to know that it was completely fraud even prepaid number can be converted into eSIM, now I am being billed Rs.*** per month against postpaid and I am not in a position to convert my number into prepaid because of the lock in period.
Airtel did fraud with me to gain business.
