ZestMoney - Consumer Loan paid but CIBIL still shows delayed payment

I have been trying to deal with zestmoney to get the correction done for CIBIL but they keep giving timeframes or if they say that it's fixed it never is when i check the paid report again, i haven't faced any monetary loss but i have wasted so much time working with them to have this fixed.
